Eli Nussbaum and Martin Catania to Speak on Two Tracks at Virtual Event

The session titled “Hands-on Practical Troubleshooting” is part of the Training/User Support Track. Martin Catania, managing director at Keno Kozie, will be speaking alongside Chris Myatt, director, user services at Seyfarth Shaw LLP on Friday, August 28, 2:30-3:15 CT. The session is part of the #CreatingTheFutureTogether Track 2 and titled “The Future of Support Services.” During this session, attendees will be able to collaborate and share the latest trends and developments for support desks. Discussions will include current topics such as the impact of the cloud, chatbots, 24/7 help desks, supporting mobile and remote workers, technical and soft skills team development and more.
