K2 Services accelerates its unified support IT delivery model, driving the adoption of unified workflow within the increasingly diverse and complex legal technology ecosystem
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 3, 2023 – K2 Services, LLC (K2), a leading partner in holistic managed IT services for the legal industry, is pleased to announce the elevation of managing director Peter Cotseones to the role of chief executive officer (CEO), effective, April 3rd.
In conjunction with the recent launch of K2 this year, the executive leadership team has conducted a strategic review of the organization and determined an opportunity to centralize leadership structure across business units to further position unified service offerings to meet the growing needs of our clients. As law firms continue to focus on core disciplines and invest in technology innovation, we believe a trusted partner that deeply understands the service delivery needs of the legal industry and capable of simplifying a complex technology ecosystem of applications, automation, and cloud services will be a critical component to drive user experience, adoption, and workflow efficiencies.

Peter brings over 20 years of experience delivering business value through IT services, operational transformation, and innovation. He has a history of driving technology transformation for law firms and Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to K2, Peter formerly held managing director and senior leadership roles at HBR Consulting and Baker Robbins & Company as well as various IT leadership and engineering roles with technology service providers and consulting firms.

As a result, Christopher Petrini-Poli and Nicholas Quil, who currently serve as executive chairman and chief executive officer respectively, will transition to a board capacity with K2. Both, Christopher and Nicholas, will transition management and day-to-day responsibilities to Peter and the K2 senior leadership team while shifting their focus to market growth initiatives and client relationship development.
K2 has also hired Deborah Jillson as vice president of business development.
In this role, Deborah will join the team responsible for driving growth through business development initiatives, evolving go-to-market activities and continuing to build strategic partnerships with law firms and professional services companies.

Deborah brings with her 20 years of experience where she has successfully driven sales and tailored solutions for some of the largest technology providers in the industry, including Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, and Thomson Reuters. Prior to joining K2, Deborah spent time as the Chief Growth Officer at Breakwater Solutions. She has leveraged her early career experiences to develop a consultative approach to building out sales teams and advancing efforts to deliver solid growth year over year.
