Senior Director, Engineering
Steve serves as senior director of engineering and is responsible for delivering business value by executing complex transitions of client technology organizations as well as ensuring operational excellence for all engineering functions. He focuses on client support and transition through business architecture, technology team onboarding, transformation, and improvement while delivering a high level of service delivery that elevates people, processes, and technology.
Steve has over 29 years of experience in technology with the last 20 years as a senior infrastructure leader. He has built high-functioning teams while digitally transforming organizations with focuses on cloud-based solutions as well as reducing complexity, improving performance, and controlling costs to meet evolving organizational business needs.
Previously, Steve held leadership positions across various industries including media, telecommunication, financial, and technology. He maintains ITIL v3 and v4 certifications which he leverages extensively for building successful business-aligned teams.
Steve lives in New Jersey and enjoys ATV riding excursions to Pennsylvania and elsewhere as time permits.
