Vice President, Technical Operations
Bill serves as vice president of technical operations for K2 Services. Utilizing best practices from ITIL, Agile,and the PMI, Bill’s specialization is the development and implementation of services that are both predictable and sustainable and focus on continuous service improvement.
Bill brings over 25 years of experience supporting service delivery and technical operations across a wide range of technology and services companies.
Prior to K2 Services, Bill served as a global delivery and practice director for TEKsystems where he developed the co-managed service offering and managed a team of delivery professionals across a diverse set of customers and industries.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in information technology in addition to being certified as a Scrum Master and in ITIL Foundations.
Bill lives with his wife in the foothills of the Cascade mountains just outside of Seattle. When not spending time with his family, he can be found outdoors enjoying all the activities the Pacific Northwest offers.
