Nicholas Quil

Nick is an entrepreneur and recognized thought leader across the legal industry.

In his leadership capacity, Nick’s primary focus has been championing strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives. As a trusted advisor and point of connection to leaders across the legal industry, he has been instrumental in developing strategic and operational transformation journeys with clients. He currently serves in an advisory and board capacity at HBR Consulting and K2 Services.

Prior to this role, Nick was the co-founder of HBR Consulting (HBR) and served as its CEO as part of a ten-year entrepreneurial journey. With his focus on strategic planning, go-to-market and business development activities, Nick was influential in leading HBR Consulting to become the industry-leading firm in advisory, managed services and software solutions. During his leadership, HBR was recognized as an Inc. 5000 member for four consecutive years, beginning in 2019.

Nick began his consulting career at Arthur Andersen and spent time at Huron Consulting Group and Hildebrandt International (as part of Thomson Reuters).

He is a graduate of Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & MIS and has completed the Leading Professional Services Firms (LPSF) program at Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Nick spends time with his wife and four children, enjoying a variety of outdoor activities and pursuits.
