Nicholas Greiner

Director of Operations

Nick serves as the director of service desk operations and provides strategic leadership and guidance to the service desk management team. With over 12 years at K2 Services, Nick has operated in all capacities within the service desk from analyst to lead to project manager to operational manager.

Nick works closely with department leaders to define standard practices and training expectations aimed at helping the service desk staff perform to exceed client expectations. He focuses on evolving the firm’s service desk into an industry-leading solution, working closely with the firm’s largest and most prestigious clients to develop customized support solutions and deliver world-class service.

Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications with a concentration in production from Ball State University.

He spends his free time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid gamer and occasional cyclist.
