Director of Client Technical Management

Josh serves as the director of client technical management and is responsible for partnering with clients to solve complex technical problems through innovative solutions. He is passionate about helping his team members develop their unique skill sets to grow their careers and drive development for the company.

With over 20 years of experience, Josh specializes in IT strategies, service delivery, technical operations, and IT forecasting and planning. Previously, Josh has held operations, technology, engineering, and business leadership roles, where he moved businesses forward with his focus on process efficiency. Josh joined K2 Services in 2014 as an engineer, specializing in exchange migrations. With his emphasis on client satisfaction and project delivery, he moved into technical client management to help lead the engineering team.

Josh hails from Ohio and currently lives in Lombard, Illinois with his wife and kids. In his free time, he enjoys off-roading in his Jeep, woodworking, and fishing. He’s also an avid football fan.
