Genevieve Bocchino

Genevieve serves as the Executive Vice President, Client Services for K2 Services. She is responsible for the organization’s sales operations strategy, marketing, client retention and growth. She is a member of the executive team focused on driving market and revenue expansion through business development, cross-functional team collaboration, and leadership.

A strong business leader, Genevieve brings over 17 years of technology sales management experience with demonstrated success establishing a collaborative and winning sales organization. Throughout her career in IT Sales leadership, she has focused on driving market share in IaaS, Professional Services, and Managed IT in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Genevieve earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Bloomsburg University.

Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach and exploring new travel destinations.

Peter Cotseones

Peter serves as the chief executive officer of K2 Services. He is responsible for the organization’s vision, strategy, and go-to-market activities. He oversees strategic objectives and service delivery execution with the senior leadership team, operational leaders, and technology service professionals.

A seasoned business technology leader, Peter brings over 25 years of experience delivering business value through technology innovation and operational transformation. He has a proven history of driving technology strategy and digital transformation success for law firms and Fortune 500 organizations. With a deep focus on client service and value creation, Peter led numerous business transformations and growth initiatives organically and thru acquisition along with recognized success of delivering product and services to market.

Peter earned an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys adventures with his wife and three energetic daughters. He spends his time partaking in various types of motorsports, engaging with his community, and experiencing new cuisines.

Corey Dean

Corey serves as the executive vice president of technology services for K2 services. He is responsible for the organization’s delivery of the technology services portfolio, management of operations, systems, and the security function along with strategic growth for technology platforms.

A proven technology leader, Corey brings over 20 years of technology management experience in technology operations and compliance management, as well as driving innovation with cloud services, security, and software development. He has a passion for helping clients realize value in technology platforms and driving best practices with cloud migration initiatives, business focused technology solutions and IT cost management programs.

Corey earned his Master of Science, Information Systems from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He spends as much time as possible outdoors and enjoys gardening and fishing.

Andrew Dober

Andrew serves as the chief operations officer for K2 Services. He is responsible for the organization’s operational strategy, service offering delivery, performance, and people. He serves on the executive team and drives strategy thru operational, financial, and service excellence across all organizational functions.

A proven business leader, Andrew brings over 15 years of financial and operational management experience with recognized success in driving organizational alignment, establishing centers of excellence, and delivering business results. He has served in senior roles for SaaS, professional service, and IT managed service organizations.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the forefront with a specialized focus with high growth organizations for corporate and legal sectors. His commitment to excellence is underpinned by a comprehensive effort to establish a winning culture, driving innovation, and reaching superior service quality for clients.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and management from DePauw University.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors and visiting as many national parks as possible.

David Pardun

Dave serves as the executive vice president of finance for K2 Services. He is responsible for the organization’s financial strategy, finance operations, reporting and compliance. He serves on the executive team and drives strategy and compliance across management, operational and technology functions.

A proven financial and operational leader, Dave brings over 25+ years of finance expertise and business operations expertise. Dave has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in addition to senior executive roles for marketing, consulting, and technology service organizations.

Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elmhurst College and holds the distinction of being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family including his wife, three adult daughters, their spouses, and two young grandchildren. In addition, he enjoys spending time on the water, boating. fishing. and other outdoor activities.

Christopher Petrini-Poli

Chris co-founded HBR Consulting (HBR) and currently is the Executive Chairman of K2 Services. In that capacity, he advises the leadership team on strategic direction, thought leadership, and the evaluation and incubation of joint ventures and acquisitions. Chris brings 25 years of experience delivering value to clients in executive search, financial, healthcare, professional services, and legal services industries.

With a deep commitment to consistently exceed client expectations, Chris formerly held the roles of Executive Chairman and CEO for HBR Consulting and has held leadership roles at Hildebrandt Baker Robbins, Hildebrandt International, Huron Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen.

Chris is honored to serve on the board of directors for HFS Chicago Scholars, which assists economically disadvantaged Chicago inner-city high school students and is a member of the National Council for Valparaiso University advising on strategy and direction. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, four children and two dogs.

Nicholas Quil

Nick is an entrepreneur and recognized thought leader across the legal industry.

In his leadership capacity, Nick’s primary focus has been championing strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives. As a trusted advisor and point of connection to leaders across the legal industry, he has been instrumental in developing strategic and operational transformation journeys with clients. He currently serves in an advisory and board capacity at Harbor Global and K2 Services.

Prior to this role, Nick was the co-founder of HBR Consulting (HBR) and served as its CEO as part of a ten-year entrepreneurial journey. With his focus on strategic planning, go-to-market and business development activities, Nick was influential in leading HBR Consulting to become the industry-leading firm in advisory, managed services and software solutions. During his leadership, HBR was recognized as an Inc. 5000 member for four consecutive years, beginning in 2019.

Nick began his consulting career at Arthur Andersen and spent time at Huron Consulting Group and Hildebrandt International (as part of Thomson Reuters).

He is a graduate of Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & MIS and has completed the Leading Professional Services Firms (LPSF) program at Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Nick spends time with his wife and four children, enjoying a variety of outdoor activities and pursuits.

Steven Badal

As account director, Steve works with many of the largest legal and financial service firms to help achieve an industry best technology framework along with world-class end-user support.

With 15+ years of experience, Steve’s background ranges from his beginning roots as an entry-level help desk analyst to a trusted advisor consulting many Am Law 100 and Fortune 500 companies on managed IT services, vendor relationships, and building a customer service-centric experience for users.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from DePaul University.

Along with his wife, Steve enjoys traveling to new and exciting destinations across the world, all while enjoying burgers and good meals along the way.

Steve Falkin

Steve serves as a managing director and leads IT advisory and managed services engagements. Clients seek his expertise on IT-related planning, analysis, implementation, and benchmarking efforts, along with his insight on quality assurance, project management, and strategic business alignment.

With over 35 years of experience in technology consulting and project management, he is a recognized thought leader on IT-related topics and has published and presented on a variety of subjects including strategic IT planning, IT operations, and business resumption/disaster recovery.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Northeastern Illinois  University.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time on woodworking projects, learning to play bass guitar, and summer-time driving trips in his Mustang convertible. He also enjoys family time and traveling with his wife Sandy and two daughters.

Darren Gold

Darren serves as a managing director of managed technology services. He provides senior-level engagement management, working with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that industry-leading services are consistently delivered to clients.

Darren has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, both as a practicing lawyer and in the alternative legal services sector. He began his career as a solicitor with Allen & Overy in London before moving in-house for a leading aviation consultancy. After leaving the practice of law, he helped build CPA Global’s nascent legal processing outsourcing business, managing the company’s flagship Rio Tinto account.

Darren moved to the US in 2012 to join UnitedLex and help establish the company’s New York City office. There, he was a vice president in the contracts services division, working with in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies on outsourced legal solutions, before helping create the financial services practice and managing a key investment bank account.

Darren holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in history from the University of Bristol.

Darren is an avid cyclist and skier, theater-lover, and long-suffering Spurs supporter (of the Tottenham, rather than San Antonio variety!).

Sue Keno

Sue Keno serves as managing director of client engagement and application managed services at K2 Services. Her specialties include client management, document management, and application services within the law firm environment. Sue has dedicated her time at K2 to the provision of personalized, effective, and thorough service for the benefit of the company’s valued clients.

Prior to joining K2, Sue worked for an industry leader in Chicago real estate management and development.

A Chicago native, Sue received her bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst College and currently lives on the North Shore with her daughter. She spends her free time volunteering and with family.

Jay Kozie

Jay serves as a director of K2 Services and oversees client relations and strategic IT planning, including selecting practice-specific applications, document management, docketing, litigation support, and case management.

As a founding member of Keno Kozie Associates, he brings 30+ years of law firm technology experience, including a deep understanding of law firm culture, adoption of new technology, and ensuring a healthy relationship between internal IT departments and external resources.

He often lends his experience and historical expertise to all of K2’s clients as well as colleagues in the legal services industry.

A Chicago area native, Jay received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Marvin MacKay

Marvin serves as an account manger with the client engagement team. He builds strong relationships with his clients to ensure they get the highest level of support from K2 Services. He is focused on technology solutions that make firms more productive.

Marvin has over 25 years of experience working with firms in the legal industry. Prior to joining K2 Services he spent 10 years with a regional legal technology consultant in Charlotte, NC, and was also an account manager with Equitrac Corporation for 8 years. This experience has proven to be invaluable when understanding how attorneys use technology.

Marvin earned his degree in electronic engineering technology from the RCC School of Technology in Toronto, Ontario.

Outside of work Marvin loves traveling, especially long weekends at Disney World with his wife.  Marvin is an avid Montreal Canadiens hockey fan and UNC Tar Heel fan.  He has a passion for live music and enjoys hosting backyard concerts for friends and neighbors.

Rich Montgomery

Rich is a senior account executive on the client services team, serving as the primary contact for current clients and spearheading revenue growth in new markets.

With over 30 years of successful IT sales experience, Rich is a seasoned sales leader with a strong technical background. He has held various roles in solutions, sales, and sales management, focusing on a comprehensive range of information managed service offerings.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Outside of work, Rich is an avid triathlete, having competed in over 100 endurance events, including five full Ironman races. He has served as the President of the Philadelphia Triathlon Club for the past decade.  Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, whether in their backyard pool or at the Jersey shore.

Strategic Account Support Engineering

Brian Post

As the senior director of IT, Brian currently manages an engineering team responsible client’s IT infrastructure and major enterprise applications. Brian also workswith the client team on long-term IT strategy for the firm.

Brian has been in the legal and financial services industry for over 30 years, initially specializing on end user computing and training and moving to enterprise applications and cloud strategy. He has helped clients maintain their systems through many disasters including blackouts, building fires, 100-year storm,and the 9/11 New York City attack.

Brian obtained his Bachelor’s degree in communications from Ithaca College. Shortly after, he started working on Wall Street with technical positions at several financial firms and a major law firm. Through these positions, he has continued his education with training in enterprise applications as well as cloud migrations.

During his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He has been a season ticket holder for the New York Jets since the late 80s. Brian enjoys time at the beach and playing golf, and he is one of the original members of the Crappy Golfers Association.

John Ramus

John serves as an account manager and assists a variety of firms with a focus on legal IT, e-discovery, and co-location data center services. With decades of experience, John has held technology and management positions within IT departments, managed services providers, and as a vendor. He has worked with both the legal and manufacturing industries focusing on building relationships and helping companies meet their goals by effectively leveraging technology.

John graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dayton with a degree in Management Information Systems. He is also ITIL Foundation certified.

When John is not learning about information technology trends, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is active in a variety of outdoor and sporting activities while also enjoying traveling and learning about historical events.

Unme Thompson

Unme serves as an account manager focused on advancing the immediate and long-term goals of her clients. Nick Young

He has a strong track record of delivering dependable teams, advanced solutions, and sustainable growth for clients.

Nick earned both his Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in computer systems management from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Mark Brazley

Mark serves as a service delivery manager with a focus on alignment and delivery of innovative technology solutions to existing and potential clients. Mark builds key partnerships and alliances while leading efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret data and provide recommendations that drive long term success.

With over 20 years of leadership and operational experience Mark has a proven track record of success in driving transformation initiatives for diverse industries and leading cross functional teams in the delivery of technology solutions. He is skilled in the development of technical roadmaps that align with organizational goals, accepted best practices and existing business processes.

Mark graduated from Washington and Jefferson College (BA) and received his PMP certification from the PMI Institute.

Outside of work Mark stays busy with family, inclusive of his wife, daughter, son, and a very old dog. He enjoys coaching rec league sports, volunteering at the Harry Chapin Food Bank and playing golf poorly.

Cassandra Brownlow

Cassandra Brownlow serves as a service delivery manager for clients within our service desk ecosystem. She has worked in K2’s service desk for over 8 years, beginning on the front lines as an analyst and continuing her trajectory of growth in various roles. This has given her an extensive knowledge of help desk practices and workflows across the legal industry.

Cassandra’s primary responsibility is maintaining satisfaction and performance of the relationships she is integrated within. This includes in-depth reporting and analytics, implementing new projects and procedures, and cultivating client relationships.

Cassandra studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago Illinois.

Outside of work Cassandra volunteers her time by working with in need rescue animals. She enjoys spending time with her partner, Robert, and their close-knit group of family and friends, as well as gardening and taking in the nature available in Chicago via bike.

Nicholas Davis

Nick serves as service desk director and oversees the team’s performance across all K2 Services client relationships. He has worked in K2’s Service Desk for nine years across a wide range of client engagements and various support roles, developing a comprehensive knowledge of help desk practices and workflows across the industry.

Nick’s primary responsibility is the facilitation of the overall satisfaction of K2’s Service Desk clients, with a goal of achieving both qualitative and quantitative success across all support partnerships. His focuses include reporting and analytics around Service Desk performance, developing best practice knowledge and workflow solutions, and the continued engagement of all Service Desk client relationships.

Nick attended Illinois Central College in Peoria, IL. He is a trained software developer with professional training in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Ruby, Python/Django, ReactJS, and others.

Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys following basketball, football, and baseball. He is a reluctant fan of the Chicago Bears and a diehard fan of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs. He spends his free time with his partner, Rebecca, and their ever-present, ever-confident golden retriever, George.

Manoli Geros

Manoli serves as a service delivery manager with a specialized emphasis on customer satisfaction and service delivery.  He is focused on maintaining outstanding relationships with clients and is responsible for making sure clients receive the best possible service from a passionate IT partner.

With over 8 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience servicing clients in the legal space, Manoli is well equipped to provide great leadership and guidance to his clients. Prior to joining K2, he worked at Hilltop Consultants focusing on delivering a wide range of IT initiatives to clients in the legal space.

Manoli earned his Bachelor of Science from James Madison University. He graduated with a double major in marketing and business management, concentrating on business-to-business relationships.

Outside of work, Manoli is an avid golfer. If he is not at the golf course, he his home spending time with his wife and three dogs.

Zachary Killelea

Zachary serves as a service delivery manager at K2 Services. He is responsible for managing the client relationships with several of our most prominent and valued clients, and ensuring the best level of service is being provided.

With over 12 years of experience in K2’s service desk, Zachary brings his wealth of knowledge obtained across his various positions to provide the best solutions our clients. He works closely with leaders across the service desk and development teams to establish organization-wide standards, develop best practices, and explore new solutions for current and future organizational needs.

Zachary earned his associate degree in liberal arts with a focus in information technology from South Suburban College. Zachary studied Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a trained developer in C, Java, and JavaScript.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Zachary is an avid gamer and enjoys gardening and woodworking.

Greg Padavano

Greg serves as a senior service delivery manager with a specialized emphasis on our Total Care clients. He focuses on all aspects of the delivery of technical services and is primarily responsible for managing the requests of our clients, while being a trusted advisor for their critical day-to-day technology needs.

Bringing over 25 years of IT experience, Greg has spent more than half his career in legal technology, including over a decade as director of IT for a national law firm. He has also worked in both the financial and healthcare industries.

Greg spent time at the City University of New York, College of Staten Island and has earned various hardware/software certifications throughout his career.

Greg lives on the east coast with his wife Lisa, their two sons and a dog. Outside of work he likes to spend time with family and friends, golfing, enjoying live music and concerts, watching New York Sports, and lamenting the fact that he is a lifelong Jets fan.

Tom Ruvoli

Tom serves as a senior manager and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology solutions and services to clients. As a trusted advisor to assigned clients, Tom works in conjunction with account managers, and K2’s engineering and help desk teams to help guide development of client technology roadmaps, ensure IT strategies align with business objectives and industry trends, and manage risk by actively raising awareness of potential needs and offering solutions to address.

With more than 30 years of experience obtained in large law firms and corporations, Tom contributes strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach to help drive a successful, consistent, and uniform service delivery model, ensuring high-quality integration, client satisfaction, and efficient operational workflow.

Tom has earned an MBA from Saint Xavier University, Chicago as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University, Chicago.

Alan Tacy

Alan Tacy serves as a senior manager and oversees a team of service delivery managers (SDM) in addition to supporting clients.  In this role, Alan focuses on the successful delivery of technology solutions and services provided to clients and ensures SDMs maintain a strict client-first approach, acting as both trusted advisor to the client and advocate within K2.

Alan has worked through the ranks of IT from help desk to senior engineer before pivoting to technical consulting. With over 25 years of experience, he’s helped non-technical stakeholders make better strategic decisions as they come to understand how technology solutions directly impact their business goals, needs, and address critical pain points. Alan is passionate about the partnerships he’s made while helping clients navigate these challenges and takes a personal interest in their success.

Alan attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA where he received a bachelor’s in economics.

Alan is a devoted husband and father of two adult children.  As major Disney fans, Alan and his wife enjoy planning and traveling to Disney destinations as often as possible. In addition, he stays true to his nerd roots attending opening night theatrical releases of any Marvel or Star Wars film and still unwinding with a good video game.

Skylar Angelini

Skylar serves as a finance director, leading the finance team in planning, analysis and delivery of financial solutions that align with K2’s client objectives. Skylar brings over 15 years of dedicated finance experience and an understanding of the nuanced needs of the legal technology services sector.

Skylar’s educational foundation includes an MBA with a concentration in finance, a qualification that has greatly enhanced his ability to navigate the complexities of financial management.

Beyond the world of finance and technology, Skylar enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys engaging in continued learning that enhances his knowledge to lead and think better, allowing him to contribute fresh and innovative ideas in the workplace.

Cheryll Cruz

Cheryll serves as director in the product group and is responsible for sales operations, bringing commercial value to clients, and maximizing K2’s external partner relationships. She also leads strategic review efforts for the broader product client portfolio, identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.

Cheryll has over 15 years of experience in client relationship management, business processes, supply chain, and service delivery, spanning multiple industries: railway, oilfield services, advertising, and legal. Prior to joining K2 Services, she was the senior operations leader for HBR Consulting’s vendor governance practice, serving the legal vertical for over six years.

Cheryll received bachelor’s degrees in International Political Economy and Business Administration from Trent University.

Cheryll and her husband reside in Alberta, Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, sampling the local foodie scene, and traveling.

Paul Fiedler

Paul serves as the director of IT within operations at K2 Services. He provides senior-level infrastructure guidance, leading a team of highly skilled individuals to provide IT solutions to align with today’s best practices.

Over the last 20 years, Paul has worked for many regional and global companies building out infrastructure solutions. During this time, he established, maintained, and migrated data centers in multiple cities and full cloud solution. Paul has also led multiple teams focused on cutting-edge technologies for both corporate and client environments.

Paul has an Associate’s degree in computer networking systems. He also holds certifications in MCSE, MCSA, and MCP.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, photography, and being outdoors camping, hiking, fishing, and scuba diving. When he and his family are not outdoors, he enjoys playing board games and working on his car.

Axelle Flemming

Axelle serves as vice president of talent and operations and serves a co-leader of K2 Services Transformation Office. Axelle leads the company’s  talent department through intentional leadership and empowerment of her team members. She partners with the company’s leadership team to strategically define and execute business goals.

Axelle’s professional experience includes 16+ years of management consulting, department organization, evaluation, and redesign, large-scale change management projects, as well as developing and leading leadership training and development programs.

Axelle graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with a degree with honors in business administration. She is also a certified Leadership Coach through IPEC Coaching, Instructional Designer and Trainer through the Association of Talent Development, Legal Lean Six Sigma (White Belt), and a certified YA200 yoga and mindfulness teacher.

Axelle enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and people around the world. She has three young children that keep her grounded and engaged.

Jonathan Hayes

Jonathan serves as a senior director for K2 Services. He leads teams delivering business value and client success through our Service Delivery Management, Project Management Office (PMO), and Client Training Services functions. Service Delivery focuses on facilitating effective, pro-active interactions across all K2 functional areas, centered on client needs, and providing forward-thinking guidance on technology strategy and risk mitigation. The PMO manages complex programs of client-facing technology initiatives and the detailed execution of technical projects. Client Training provides exceptional learning experiences for our clients, resulting in increased IT proficiency and workflow enablement. Enabling and empowering these functions to serve clients at the highest level is his key focus.

Jonathan is also responsible for leading multiple business alignment and transformation programs within K2 and providing guidance and support to complex client-facing technology initiatives. His nearly twenty years of experience in the legal vertical has been dedicated to providing innovative solutions and transformations for law firms, pursued with an enthusiastic sense of client service. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. degree in Psychology.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and photography.

Samantha Katzbeck

Samantha serves on the corporate team as the senior director of accounting. She is responsible for K2’s accounting function including GAAP financial statements, vendor payments, client billing/receivable management, treasury management, tax filings, and business insurance.

With over 25 years leading the financial teams of various organizations, Samantha brings a wealth of experience to the K2 Services team. She previously worked at Kraft Foods, UHY Advisors, the American College of Surgeons, and AccessMedia where she was a key business partner across the organization to support the overall success of the business.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Valparaiso University and her M.B.A. from DePaul University.

Outside of work, Samantha is passionate about her bichon/shih tzu rescue dog Henry. She also loves to travel and to try the latest restaurants around Chicago.

Patrick Rankin

As the talent HR director at K2 Services, Patrick ensures the company’s core values are at the heart of every decision by aligning K2’s practices and policies with the company’s goals, mission, and vision.

Patrick has been with K2 for more than 10 years. Previously, he held the positions of help desk analyst, team lead, Columbus office manager, and help desk manager. Patrick’s experience in these roles allows him to offer a different perspective on programs, decisions, and situations.

Patrick received the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certification in January 2023.

When Patrick is not out spending time with his partner or having a great time with friends, he is playing video games with friends out-of-state on his PC.
