Vice President, Technology Services
Diana serves as vice president of delivery services. With over 35 years of experience, she leads the program management office (PMO), the service management/ServiceNow practice, and service delivery. Diana and her team drive the completion of superior solutions and services for clients, as well as continuously improving K2 Services’ internal operations.
Previously, Diana served as chief of staff to the CIO at NCR Corporation, followed by acting as CIO at Standard Register (now Taylor Corporation). She also led a small business practice that specialized in consulting and training for IT processes, technology assessment, and continuous improvement.
Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Georgia and an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix.
Diana lives in southwest Ohio with her husband and has a son who is a budding IT professional. She enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with friends.
